Requirements

• Leave Lautrec alive until he kills Anastacia.

1. Allow Lautrec's quest to reach Anastacia's death instead of killing him early. Return to Firelink and take the stairs down from the bonfire to her barred cell.
2. Collect the items outside the now-empty cell. The outfit is found with the Black Eye Orb used to pursue Lautrec.

Notes for this route

• The Firelink bonfire goes out when its Fire Keeper dies. Keep her recovered Fire Keeper Soul if you intend to restore her; do not spend it upgrading Estus.

• Pieces: Dingy Hood, Dingy Robe, Dingy Gloves, Blood-Stained Skirt.
• Full outfit: Together these pieces weigh 7.5 and provide 0 poise. Each slot can be worn separately.
• Reinforcement: Every piece uses ordinary Titanite materials to reach +10.
• Quest consequence: Killing Lautrec before he murders Anastacia prevents this particular outfit pickup for the journey. Rescuing her later does not require returning the armor.
• Names: The Blood-Stained Skirt is the leg piece of the Dingy outfit, even though its name differs from the other three pieces.
