Solaire's current location

1. After the Taurus Demon, pass through the tower toward the Hellkite bridge. Before stepping onto the bridge, take the side passage down to the balcony where Solaire faces the sun.
2. His armor is obtained by killing him. If his quest has already advanced, find him at the Anor Londo bonfire or his later Demon Ruins and Lost Izalith stops instead.
3. Collect his dropped equipment after the fight. A summoned phantom of Solaire does not drop his outfit.

Notes for this route

• Killing the friendly Solaire permanently ends his quest, dialogue and later summon assistance for this journey.

• Pieces: Iron Helm, Armor of the Sun, Iron Bracelet, Iron Leggings.
• Full outfit: Together these pieces weigh 23.1 and provide 40 poise. Each slot can be worn separately.
• Reinforcement: Every piece uses ordinary Titanite materials to reach +10.
• Nonviolent completion: Completing Solaire's quest successfully does not award his armor. The outfit comes from his death.
• No sunlight bonus: The sun emblem does not increase miracle damage or sunlight-related spell power.
