}In-game description
Soul of a brave Undead warrior
who has long ago gone Hollow.
Use to acquire a large amount of souls.
Souls are the source of all life,
and whether Undead, or even Hollow,
one continues to seek them.
Where to find
Treasure pickup
Sen's Fortress
- Ring both bells and enter the fortress beside Andre. Stop before the pressure plate in its entrance corridor.
- Defeat the two Serpent Soldiers in the opening chamber, keeping clear of the arrow trap. Collect the soul item from the corpse in that room.
Notes
- Soul value: Consume for 5,000 souls. This is a fixed inventory-item reward, not the soul value of the enemy or area where it was found.
- Safe storage: Unused copies remain in your inventory when you die. Once consumed, the resulting carried souls can be lost with your bloodstain.
- Frampt exchange: Frampt gives 500 souls per item. Direct consumption gives more for this soul.
- Pickup coverage: The location above is a checked pickup option. Other corpses and some enemy drops can provide further copies; this entry does not imply there is only one in the game.
