In-game description

Large medicinal mushroom of
Elizabeth, keeper of the sanctuary.

Eating this mushroom invigorates the flesh,
and greatly restores HP for a limited duration.

Its dramatic effect can make the difference
between a warrior's life and death.

Treasure pickup

Royal Wood

  1. From the Sanctuary bonfire, cross Royal Wood and the stone bridge into the later woodland. At the Crystal Lizard path, drop into the darker wooded section.
  2. Turn right and follow the left wall uphill past the Scarecrows to the upper side path with a Soul of a Brave Warrior.
  3. Return toward the far right-hand boundary and look down into the corner for the lower corpse ledge. Drop onto that ledge and collect the mushroom.

Gift or encounter reward

Oolacile Sanctuary

  1. Keep Elizabeth alive at the Sanctuary bonfire and defeat Manus at the end of the Chasm of the Abyss.
  2. Return to Elizabeth and speak to her about the completed rescue. She gives you three mushrooms.

  1. Killing Elizabeth drops her three mushrooms if that reward has not already been given. Collect the drop beside her position.
  • This removes her shop and dialogue. Completing her quest provides the mushrooms without killing her.

Notes

  • Regeneration: Rapidly restores HP over 30 seconds. This is healing over time rather than an immediate full heal, so an incoming hit can still kill you before enough health returns.
  • Personal-buff limit: Does not stack with incompatible personal buffs such as Green Blossom, Power Within and Replenishment. Reapplying or replacing a buff does not add a second simultaneous copy.
  • DLC supply: A limited DLC consumable. The reward for helping Elizabeth is a later quest gift, not an unlimited item in her shop. Keep Dusk alive too; her death also removes Elizabeth.
