Firelink Shrine
Arrival
Requirements: Defeat the Capra Demon while Petrus' party remains available.
What to do: Return to Petrus' rooms to meet Rhea and her escorts. Exhausting Petrus' departure conversation advances the party toward the Tomb.
Result: The escort group begins its pilgrimage.
Consequences and cutoffs: Encountering Pinwheel can advance the party even without these conversations. Killing Petrus before their arrival makes the party hostile.
Tomb of the Giants
Hollow
Requirements: The party has departed Firelink.
What to do: Find Rhea in Patches' pit, defeat both hollowed escorts, then speak to her without hitting her.
Result: Rhea gives Replenishment and her Parish merchant route can continue.
Consequences and cutoffs: The escorts do not have a separate rescue branch that keeps them friendly in the Tomb.
