Where to find

NPC drop

Rhea's quest locations

Requirements

  • Reach Rhea during her quest.
  1. After her departure from Firelink, find Rhea in Patches's pit in the Tomb of the Giants. Defeat her two Hollow companions and speak to her to move her to the Undead Parish altar.
  2. Killing Rhea awards the Ivory Talisman but ends her miracle shop. Buy the miracles you need before choosing this route.
  3. Alternatively, buy all her miracles and her Divine Blessing before her shop is lost. Later, find her Hollow in a Duke's Archives prison cell. Open the cell with the Archive Tower Extra Key and defeat her there for her equipment.
  • Her quest can end before the Archives stage if Petrus kills her. This is not a peaceful gift reward.

NPC drop after murder

Firelink Shrine

Requirements

  • Petrus has killed Rhea after her rescue.
  1. If Rhea has disappeared from the Parish altar and left the murder loot, return to Petrus in Firelink. Killing him after that event drops her Ivory Talisman.
  2. Killing Petrus earlier does not award this talisman. It also removes his services; the item is tied to his later possession of Rhea's equipment.

Notes

  • Requirements and weight: Requires 4 Strength, 16 Faith and weighs 0.3.
  • Scaling: Uses Faith for miracle power and shares the Sunlight Talisman's casting progression. It needs 16 Faith, compared with the Sunlight Talisman's 14.
  • Quest cost: Rhea is a source of several miracles. Obtaining her talisman by killing her before purchasing them can block those purchases for the journey.
  • Casting: Casts miracles, not sorceries or pyromancies. Attune the miracle at a bonfire and meet its own requirements. Spell power affects applicable damage and healing; a utility miracle does not automatically improve just because spell power rises.
  • Reinforcement: Cannot be reinforced or converted to another upgrade path. It also cannot receive pine resins or weapon-enchantment spells.
