Lower Undead Burg

Requirements

Carry the Residence Key for Griggs' room.

Buy the Residence Key from the male Undead Merchant in the upper Burg. Use the Basement Key at the locked doorway near the Hellkite bridge to reach Lower Undead Burg.
Descend to the narrow street, listen for the trapped man calling from a locked house and open the door with the Residence Key.
Enter the room with Griggs and collect the Sorcerer outfit from the corpse. Break the barrels carefully so you do not accidentally attack him.

Notes

Pieces: Sorcerer Hat, Sorcerer Cloak, Sorcerer Gauntlets, Sorcerer Boots.
Full outfit: Together these pieces weigh 6 and provide 0 poise. Each slot can be worn separately.
Reinforcement: Every piece uses ordinary Titanite materials to reach +10.
Starting outfit: Sorcerers start with these four pieces. Collecting the extra outfit does not require buying Griggs' spells.
Different black robes: The Black Sorcerer outfit is a separate pickup in Sen's Fortress. Neither outfit increases spell damage merely because it is worn by a sorcerer.
