Requirements
- Keep Domhnall of Zena alive and friendly.
- From the Depths bonfire, descend through the sewer route to the large hall outside Gaping Dragon. Find Domhnall sitting beside the large locked door to Blighttown, away from the boss arena.
- Speak to him and open his purchase menu. You can shop before defeating Gaping Dragon; opening the Blighttown door is a separate requirement for continuing onward.
- Speak to Domhnall of Zena and buy Crystal Straight Sword from the weapon inventory.

Requirements
- Ring both Bells of Awakening.
- Keep Domhnall alive and friendly.
- After ringing both Bells of Awakening, return to Firelink. Follow the uphill route toward Undead Burg and look below the aqueduct for Domhnall on the narrow ledge beside the corpse that holds a Ring of Sacrifice.
- Approach the ledge carefully and speak to him. This is his relocated shop, rather than a second merchant with a separate supply.
- Speak to Domhnall of Zena and buy Crystal Straight Sword from the weapon inventory.

- In the main library rooms, defeat Crystal Soldiers carrying swords and inspect their drops. Bow-carrying soldiers are a different variant.
- Rest at the library bonfire and repeat if you want another copy without returning to Domhnall.
