creation, this ring is an unmistakable asset,
in its ability to help prevent curses.
Where to find
Treasure pickup
New Londo Ruins
- Take the lift below Firelink Shrine and cross the wooden bridges into the flooded ruins. Use Transient Curse or another valid way to fight ghosts.
- Continue through the upper ruins to the large ghost house with a chimney ladder leading to Ingward on the roof.
- Explore the lower passages of that house. Follow the corridor out to the narrow balcony with a corpse and collect the ring. Watch behind you for a ghost coming through the wall.
Notes
- Curse resistance: Multiplies the natural curse-resistance component by four, including the contribution from carried Humanity. Armor resistance remains a separate addition.
- What it prevents: Delays the curse buildup bar filling. It does not cure an existing curse or stop ordinary ghost attacks.
- Different from Transient Curse: Wearing the ring does not let an otherwise uncursed weapon hit ghosts. Bring a Transient Curse or another appropriate countermeasure for the route.
