Rewards and special conditions
| Reward | Condition |

| Ring of the Sun Princess | Join the covenant |
Membership is required to cast Bountiful Sunlight and Soothing Sunlight.
Ring of the Sun Princess
- Defeat Ornstein and Smough in the cathedral and use either lift at the back of the arena.
- Rest at the upstairs bonfire, open the great doors and speak to Gwynevere. Receive the Lordvessel and choose to join the Princess's Guard covenant.
- Joining awards the ring. Leave Gwynevere unharmed if you want her covenant to remain available.
Leaving and betrayal
Membership is required to cast Bountiful Sunlight and Soothing Sunlight.
Attacking her removes the illusion, changes Anor Londo and breaks the associated friendly covenant access. It is unnecessary for receiving the Lordvessel.
Leaving a covenant can reduce its recorded offerings and rank. A covenant item remaining in your inventory does not prove that its membership-dependent effect is still available. Absolution cannot revive a dead covenant leader.
