In-game description

This ring is granted to those who enter a
Covenant with Gwynevere, daughter of Lord Gwyn
and the Princess of Sunlight. This slightly
warm ring boosts the synergy of miracles.

The Princess of Sunlight Gwynevere left
Anor Londo along with many other deities,
and later became wife to Flame God Flann.

Anor Londo, Chamber of the Princess

Defeat Ornstein and Smough in the cathedral and use either lift at the back of the arena.
Rest at the upstairs bonfire, open the great doors and speak to Gwynevere. Receive the Lordvessel and choose to join the Princess's Guard covenant.
Joining awards the ring. Leave Gwynevere unharmed if you want her covenant to remain available.

Notes

Miracle synergy: Raises the resonance boost by one level for miracles that support synergy. It is not a universal 20% miracle-damage ring; Ring of the Sun's Firstborn fills that separate role.
Which effects change: Only miracles with a supported resonance effect benefit. The result depends on the miracle and its current synergy level; the ring does not increase every spell, weapon buff or heal by one fixed percentage.
Resonance signs: Can add to the level provided by nearby resonance signs, up to the maximum synergy level. Random online signs should not be assumed to be present for a build calculation.
Crow exchange: Can be exchanged for two Divine Blessings at the Asylum trading nest. That consumes the ring; it is an outgoing trade, not another way to obtain it.
