Requirements: You helped him in Anor Londo.

What to do: Speak to him and confirm that you opened the fortress gate.

Result: Receive Emit Force.

Blighttown

Moss

Requirements: He has moved from Firelink to the swamp.

What to do: Wake him and agree to give him three Purple Moss Clumps.

Result: Receive the Pierce Shield.

Consequences and cutoffs: Bring three clumps before speaking to him.

Lost Izalith

Pit

Requirements: He is overlooking the Chaos Eater pit.

What to do: Let him join the fight, then help him survive with at least half his health remaining.

Result: This preserves the route to his final meeting with Sieglinde.

Consequences and cutoffs: Clearing the pit before he jumps, his death, or survival below half health ends this route.

Lost Izalith

Pit Cleared

Requirements: All four quest-group Chaos Eaters are dead before he joins the fight.

What to do: Speak to him overlooking the cleared pit.

Result: Receive the Speckled Stoneplate Ring.

Consequences and cutoffs: This ends the family route here and prevents the Ash Lake Titanite Slab conclusion.

Lost Izalith

Pit Low Health

Requirements: He joins the fight and survives with less than half his maximum health.

What to do: Finish the encounter and speak to him.

Result: The low-health ending ends his journey and supplies his ring and Humanity drops.

Consequences and cutoffs: This is a quest-ending health branch, not an ordinary poison status that can be cured afterward.

Lost Izalith

Pit Survives

Requirements: At least one quest-group Chaos Eater is alive when he joins.

What to do: Help him defeat the enemies and keep him alive with at least half of his maximum health.

Result: He can continue to the family conclusion in Ash Lake.

Consequences and cutoffs: The successful branch does not also award the Speckled Stoneplate Ring here. Killing Sieglinde prevents their final meeting.
