Where to find
Merchant purchase
Sen's Fortress
Cost: 15000 Souls · Stock: 1
Requirements
- Ring both Bells of Awakening to open Sen's Fortress.
- Keep the Crestfallen Merchant alive and friendly.
- Climb through the fortress, passing the swinging blades, boulder mechanism and final narrow walkway to reach the open roof.
- Near the upper roof stairs, look for the broken walkway leading across to a separate tower. Take a running jump over the gap, then enter the tower and find the armored merchant inside.
- Speak to the Crestfallen Merchant and buy Thunder Stoneplate Ring from the purchase menu.
Notes
- Defense: Adds 50 lightning defense points. The actual HP saved depends on the attack and the rest of your defense; this is not 50% damage reduction.
- Stacking: Stacks with Speckled Stoneplate Ring for 75 additional lightning defense. Other damage channels retain their own defenses.
- Shop access: The merchant is in the separate tower across the broken roof walkway. His stock of this ring is one per journey.
