Weapon behavior

Has a distinctive leaping strong attack rather than simply copying every ordinary Halberd move. Its long animation commits you to the landing and follow-through.

Has 600 maximum durability. The Demon Titanite normally dropped by its enemy is not the material used to reinforce the weapon itself.

Reinforcement and comparison

Deals physical and magical damage. Dexterity gives the larger physical scaling contribution, with Strength also contributing; Intelligence increases its magical portion. Faith adds no scaling.

Reinforce to +5 with Twinkling Titanite. There are no normal or elemental conversion branches. Cannot use resins or weapon-enchantment spells.

In-game description

Weapon type: Halberd
Attack type: Regular

Weapon of the titanite demon, a faceless
stone monster born from titanite slab.
One of the enchanted weapons, perhaps from
residual power of the titanite slab.
Known for its leaping attack which comes
smashing down on foes from above.

Where to find

Enemy drop

Titanite Demon encounters

Requirements

  • Reach this farming area.
  1. Defeat a Titanite Demon and inspect its loot for the Catch Pole. Early examples include the demon below Andre and the demon in the Catacombs coffin corridor.
  2. Other encounters are in Sen's tar pit, Anor Londo and the Lost Izalith shortcut. Most of these demons stay dead, so an early failed drop is not a repeatable farm.

Enemy drop

Lost Izalith

Requirements

  • Reach the Lost Izalith shortcut bridge.
  1. Open access to the Demon Ruins shortcut leading toward Lost Izalith. The shortcut door can be opened early through Chaos Servant rank +2, or reached from the Izalith side later.
  2. Follow the root-and-bridge corridor and defeat the Titanite Demon on the narrow bridge. Inspect its loot, then rest to reset this particular demon.
  3. Repeat as needed. This demon respawns, unlike the one below Andre. The weapon remains a chance drop rather than a guaranteed reward for collecting Demon Titanite.
