Anor Londo
- Use the rotating central staircase to reach the lower floor of the building containing the enormous painting. This is the room below the narrow rafters crossed earlier.
- Work past the white-clothed Painting Guardians and move to the corner on the left of the painting. Collect the corpse loot beside the painting for the outfit, Greatsword and Black Iron Greatshield.
Notes
- Weight and poise: Equips on the head, weighs 6 and provides 12 poise. Poise helps resist stagger; it does not reduce health damage.
- Physical protection: Provides 27 normal physical defense at base reinforcement. Its strongest physical protection at this level is against slash damage. Different attack types use different physical defenses.
- Protection: At base reinforcement, its elemental defense is 11 magic, 19 fire, 8 lightning. Fire is its strongest elemental defense at this level. Defense values are not percentages of incoming damage blocked.
- Status resistance: Adds 17 bleed, 10 poison and 5 curse resistance at base reinforcement. These help resist buildup; they do not cure an existing status.
- Reinforcement: Reinforce to +5 with Twinkling Titanite. Reinforcement improves defenses and resistances without changing weight, poise or maximum durability. Armor does not use weapon embers or elemental conversion paths.
- Stamina recovery: Wearing this piece slows stamina recovery by 1 point per second. This penalty is separate from the movement changes caused by total equipment load.
- Before entering the painting: The armor is in Anor Londo itself. You do not need the Peculiar Doll or access to the Painted World to collect it.
- Fire protection: Its fire defense is stronger than its magic or lightning defense at base reinforcement. Twinkling Titanite lets you improve it without increasing its already substantial weight.
