These mystical orbs are granted to
Blades of the Darkmoon, knights who serve
the Dark Sun Gwyndolin, so that they may
serve the Gods in meting out vengeance.
Where to find
Covenant joining reward
Anor Londo: Darkmoon Tomb
- Collect Darkmoon Seance Ring in the Catacombs. In Anor Londo, rotate the central staircase to its lowest position and descend to the Darkmoon Tomb bonfire.
- Equip the ring near the large statue to reveal the passage. Walk to the candles before the fog gate and kneel when prompted.
- Agree to serve Gwyndolin to join Blade of the Darkmoon and receive Blue Eye Orb and Darkmoon Blade Covenant Ring.
- Do not cross the fog gate or attack Gwyndolin. That starts his boss fight and prevents this friendly joining route.
Notes
- Darkmoon invasion: Searches for eligible indicted players and invades as a Spirit of Vengeance. A successful hunt awards Souvenir of Reprisal.
- Covenant required: You must currently belong to Blade of the Darkmoon. Unlike Red Eye Orb, Blue Eye Orb can be used while hollow.
- Reusable: It does not disappear when used or after a failed invasion attempt. It is separate from the covenant ring that summons you for the Dark Anor Londo route.
- Version differences: Do not use the original game's much wider downward level range as a Remastered rule. Weapon-upgrade matching also matters in Remastered.
- Leader cutoff: Keep Gwyndolin alive and friendly if you want to offer Souvenirs or return to the covenant during this journey.
