Opening the Lost Izalith shortcut requires rank +2. Open it before leaving the covenant.
Sunlight Maggot
- Reach the passage connecting Demon Ruins to Lost Izalith. From the Lost Izalith side, take the long bridge guarded by the Titanite Demon toward the shortcut tunnel.
- Find and kill the red-eyed Chaos Bug in the tunnel, then collect the Sunlight Maggot. The other bugs are not the guaranteed source.
- For earlier access from Demon Ruins, offer 30 Humanity to the Chaos Servant covenant to reach rank +2, then open the large shortcut door from that side.
- Kill the red-eyed bug before Solaire reaches it if you intend to save him. Going through Lost Izalith too late can advance his hostile ending.
Servant Roster
- Keep Eingyi and the Fair Lady alive and friendly.
- Defeat Quelaag and ring the bell above her arena. Descend the stairs below the bell to the circular lower room.
- Strike the hidden wall across the room to reveal a passage. Answer yes when Eingyi asks whether you are a new servant so he moves aside.
- Speak to the Fair Lady and join the Chaos Servant covenant, then return to Eingyi and open his purchase menu.
- Buy Servant Roster from Eingyi.
Demon Titanite
- Reach the stone bridge connecting Lost Izalith to the Demon Ruins shortcut tunnel. It is approached from the upper Izalith ruins, or through the shortcut door after opening it as a rank +2 Chaos Servant.
- Defeat the Titanite Demon standing on the bridge and collect two Demon Titanites. Return to a bonfire and repeat; this is the respawning demon.
- Do not mistake the one-time Parish, fortress and Anor Londo demons for this repeatable source.
Sunlight Medal
- Find the shortcut tunnel to the side of the route before Demon Firesage. Its large door can be opened from the Demon Ruins side at Chaos Servant rank +2, or approached later from Lost Izalith.
- Defeat the Chaos Bugs along the tunnel and collect any Sunlight Medals they drop. Rest and repeat against the respawning bugs; the special red-eyed bug's Sunlight Maggot is a separate reward.
Chaos Storm
- Keep the Fair Lady alive.
- Have 30 Humanity available to offer.
- Defeat Quelaag, ring the lower Bell of Awakening and descend the stairs beneath the bell.
- Strike the illusory wall in the lower room to reveal Eingyi and the hidden bonfire. Answer yes when he asks whether you are a new servant, then speak to the Fair Lady beside the bonfire.
- Join the Chaos Servant covenant and receive Great Chaos Fireball. The Old Witch's Ring translates her dialogue but is not required to join.
- Offer a total of 30 Humanity to the Fair Lady to reach Chaos Servant rank +2 and receive Chaos Storm. This also unlocks the early Lost Izalith shortcut.
Great Chaos Fireball
- Keep the Fair Lady alive.
Titanite Catch Pole
- Reach the Lost Izalith shortcut bridge.
- Open access to the Demon Ruins shortcut leading toward Lost Izalith. The shortcut door can be opened early through Chaos Servant rank +2, or reached from the Izalith side later.
- Follow the root-and-bridge corridor and defeat the Titanite Demon on the narrow bridge. Inspect its loot, then rest to reset this particular demon.
- Repeat as needed. This demon respawns, unlike the one below Andre. The weapon remains a chance drop rather than a guaranteed reward for collecting Demon Titanite.
Leaving and betrayal
Opening the Lost Izalith shortcut requires rank +2. Open it before leaving the covenant.
She provides Estus reinforcement and the Chaos Servant covenant. The Old Witch's Ring translates her dialogue; it is not required to join. Killing her removes these services and extinguishes her bonfire.
Leaving a covenant can reduce its recorded offerings and rank. A covenant item remaining in your inventory does not prove that its membership-dependent effect is still available. Absolution cannot revive a dead covenant leader.
